Why isn't my Steam / Xfire / Xbox Live account working on GamerDNA?
I added my Xbox Live / Xfire / Steam account to my profile and I'm not seeing any games showing up in my profile after I play them. What gives?

First we should make sure that you've added the correct Xfire, Steam and/or Xbox Live name to your profile.
You can add or change your networks on your profile here:
http://www.gamerdna.com/dna/akas/
For Steam integration, make sure that you've put in your Steam Community name. This is the name that is in the URL for your Steam Community profile page.
For example, my name is QforQ and my URL looks like this:
http://steamcommunity.com/id/QforQ/
Lastly, since GamerDNA pulls information from Xbox Live, Steam and Xfire once a day, please give GamerDNA about two days to start pulling your game play information. We typically need 24-48 hours to start pulling your information and then putting it into your profile, broadcasting out to Twitter and Facebook, etc.

Inappropriate?My Steam/Xfire/Xbox IDs are all entered correctly, but show no data. Its been a few days and still nothing. My Xbox profile even had the icon on my profile page with my achievement score etc, but no gaming activity.

Inappropriate?The Steam community name is correct, but it's not tracking data from my Steam profile. Now, I *did* make it public, but was friends only for a while. I tried to take out the Steam nick to re-enter it, but hit an error.2 Comments Add a comment

Inappropriate?Im having the same issue with XBL, my xfire auto updated but XBL is not. the gamer ID is correct as it gathered the list of games just doesnt update when i play.

I checked your Bio, but don't see any AKAs. You say you added them, so perhaps you hid them? I think it should still show your gameplay activity that way, though I'm not 100% sure. You should double check that your AKAs are still there and written exactly right. If so, try Showing them instead of Hiding them, just in case.
