Yes, I think most developers would not go along with these rules. I looked at it and no, I would not want to sign anything like that. But maybe that's the idea.

The gamerdna card is quite big. Would be nice with a few more layout options, more appropriate as forum signatures, like some sigs that are thin and wide for example.

Not just look like, actually being able to disable skinning and using the native API would be preferable.

Not just look like, but use the native APIs. I sometimes use WindowBlinds, and it would be nice if there was an option to disable skinning and use the native look, and let WindowBlinds reskin the whole app.
